It may be necessary to reschedule non emergency work because of storm clean up. If that is necessary we will reach out to you to reschedule.

We do not collect full payment until after the customer is completely satisfied with our work. When working with a living thing there is a limit of scope coverage. If a customer has concerns about the health of a tree after services are performed we will work together to an agreeable solution.
